About the Founder
I am Lourdes Balestier, Founder and President of Western Mass Care Solutions, LLC, and WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp. My journey began as a teen mom, navigating overwhelming challenges with limited support and fiercely seeking resources to build a brighter future. This experience instilled a deep commitment to helping others overcome barriers, knowing firsthand the power of determination, compassion, and unwavering resilience.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from American International College and extensive experience in Direct Care, Counseling, Care Coordination, Supervision, and Marketing, I bring a holistic approach to supporting individuals and families. My goal is to provide accessible, effective solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
At Western Mass Care Solutions and WMCS Education & Community Services, Corp, we are especially committed to helping young moms navigate the complexities of early parenthood, empowering them to grow into productive and confident adults. We believe everyone deserves the resources, guidance, and opportunities to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
Our services are open to everyone, fostering inclusivity and ensuring that accessible support is available to those who need it most. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient community.

The series promotes connection, reflection, and community among women on similar journeys.
Our Potluck Popups are quarterly community gatherings that bring people together through shared meals, essential resources, and uplifting connection. Hosted in various neighborhoods across Western Massachusetts, these events are open to everyone and aim to support individuals and families in need by providing donated items, warm meals, and access to local services.
