Loss doesnât always look like death. It can be the end of a friendship, a job, a version of yourself, or a dream you held close. This week, we honor all forms of griefâbig and smallâand create space for healing and growth to coexist.
In our Letâs Talk sessions, we can see that: "Healing isnât linear, and neither is grief." Youâre allowed to feel joy and sadness in the same breath. Youâre allowed to grieve what something others may not understand. And youâre allowed to grow while still holding space for what hurt.
đŹ In this weekâs Let's Talk Conversations, weâll explore:
What grief looks like in our everyday lives
How unprocessed loss shows up in our bodies and minds
Gentle ways to honor what weâve lost without losing ourselves
đ As always, weâll share journaling prompts to guide your reflection and open-hearted discussion to remind youâyou are not alone.
